I am a visiting student from the University of Konstanz, Germany. I am contributing to the work of Dr. Markus Hellenbrand in the field of resistive memory by measuring the resistive switching performance of hafnium oxide based materials. The main goal is to reach the industry standard of CMOS-technology.
